Changing timing belt waterpump - additions?

So I'm doing a full tune up to my baby for having abusing her for the last 4 years with no maintenance what so ever.

I'm starting with the timing belt and water pump... Should i change something else while the mechanic is down there?
For now I have the below suggestions, please let me know if it worth it or if I should change something else while I'm at it.

I'm thinking of of keeping the car another 2 yrs and it's at 260,000 km
-Timing belt
- Water pump (with gasket of course)
- Idler pulley
- Tensioner pulley
- 3x front Crankshaft seals (i dont even know what r those)
- AC belt (is it near there?)
- Alternator belt (is it near there)
- Power steering belt (is it near there?)
- Valve cover gasket (what is this and is it near there?)

I'll also be doing seafoam thing before going through this and then also change spark plugs and wires. Also a full coolant flush (while changing the water pump).
Is the clutch master cylinder near any of these? I think it's starting to go bad.

If you're gonna pop off the valve covers, consider changing the spark plug seals.
And maybe thermostat while you're working on the cooling system.
There should be 1 crankshaft seal, and 2 camshaft seals. I assume you read how to install the timing belt. I dunno about you, but everytime I do a timing belt or timing chain, I get nervous starting the engine the 1st time. But I've never gotten it wrong.
Read up on how to bust off the crankshaft pulley. Autozone or Kragen or Pepboyz might loan u the tool u need.
As far as accessory belts (AC, PS, Alt), there are only 2 belts. Belt routing diagrams are all over the internet for free. PM me if you need them.

What were you planning to do with the sea foam? Cuz once the intake manifold is off to get to the rear valve cover, u can clean lots w/o using sea foam.

What's the reason for changing the clutch master cylinder? Is it leaking? If so, just replace what's leaking. The master cylinder is right next to the brake booster. The slave cylinder is on the transmission bell housing, you can see it when you're standing at the radiator.

Just some other thoughts: Bleed the brake fluid, flush out the old stuff and put in new stuff. Flush out the power steering fluid. And bleed the clutch fluid.

For kicks, change the pcv valve, it's cheap, and supposedly reduces oil sludge that our engines are known for.

I wouldn't touch the oxygen sensors till you get a check engine light, but I know some people who change them every 100,000 miles.

While the throttle body is exposed, take a rag to the inside and wipe it clean. Blow out all the vacuum tubes. Do quick cleaning of EGR valve and pipes.

Since the car will be off the ground and wheels removed, inspect cv boot, tie rods, sway bar bushings and end links, and other suspension parts.

Just thought of 1 more thing while you're in there. The 99 Solaras are known to have bad brake boosters. The seal leaks, then you have a hissing sound that gets worse when u press the brakes. Get the brake booster replaced if you get hissing with braking.
