99 v6 vacuum routing

ok, first off, I don't know a thing about these cars. I am working on getting my friends 99 v6 up and running again after removing a TRD supercharger kit. All is completed, it will run, but terribly. I have a feeling it is in the vac routing. I have a very simple request from anyone willing to help out there. I need underhood pics.. preferably without the little cover over the fuel rail, and vac lines next to the intake manifold. Any and all pics of the routing will be extremely helpful, I appreciate in advance for your help.. Thanks!
