Brakes make a popping noise. help!

This only happens when I am applying the brake at slow speeds (35mph and below). When the brakes are applied, it sometimes makes a popping noise. I'll go back a couple of weeks when this started. I was turning rather sharp out of a store parking lot, when my wheel was turned almost all the way to the right I accelerated and it made an EXTREMELY LOUD BANG/POP noise. Ever since this happened, it has not done it nearly as loud but when I do brake it makes a similar popping noise. My car has 199k miles on it and I could not feel anything loose when I took the wheels off.

Another condition that may be effecting it is the brake booster has been going out for the last 4 years. The brakes still feel fine but I just wanted to note that. Again, this only happens at braking/turning+braking time. I'm not sure what it could be. The rotors are pretty new, a little over a year.

Found out the front sway bar snapped on the driver side. Link still in tact but the sway bar broke.
