99 toyota solara light issues

I recently had some body work to my 99 Toyota Solara. After about a month I noticed that my dome light didn't work when I would open the door and the switch was at door and my A/C lights on the center console didn't work. Is it most likely a fuse or a wiring problem?

Does the domelight work if you open the passenger door?...if it does, then it's quite possible that you have a faulty door switch on the driver side.

if the gauge cluster lights up, but the AC controls don't, then you'll have to go into that piece, and change some bulbs.

I have a somewhat similar issue. I do not have an owners manual or a repair manual. I do however have the fuse diagram on the back of the coin holder. Do you know which one is the dome light? I'm trying to determine if I need to replace the fuse or the bulb or maybe I have a short. The light is completely out and does not turn on manually or when I open the door. I am not having any other electrical issues that I know of.

Secondly, where can I find a description for the fuse diagram? Everytime I have a fuse issue I have to search for hours to figure out which one. Please help me :)
