How do I get them out? does the bumper have to come off?

No... jack up the front of your car and remove the undertray ( there are bolts on each side that secure the plastic undertray to your car ). You only need to peel it back as far as the front tire.

Look up inside the bumper after you've peeled back the undertray lining and you will see your foglamp. It is secured in by 2 nuts, I believe ( been a while since I messed with the foglamp ) which are screwed onto 2 posts that come out of the foglamp itself. Undo these, then push the foglamp out, towards the front of the car, and they will pop right out of the bumper.

I have to do this because some how water leak into my passenger fog light and I need to get it out. :cry:

my driver side fog is FULL of water. so I need to take it out and seal it.
