Ok, I think my seat belt light is whack. I have my seat belt on at all times. But on occasion, when I turn or hit a bump....my seat belt light flashes. What could be wrong?

The cable connecting the buckle to the electrical system/sensors could be loose.

Maybe the switch inside the seatbelt latch is going bad.

If you have stuff in the passenger seat and hit a bump, the sensor in that seat will turn the light on. This used to happen to me when I had a backpack full of books in the seat.

If the seat is empty, ^^what they said. Or if the seat sensor is adjustable, maybe it is out and needs reset.

Remember that both seats have sensors, make sure you know which one is turning the light on.
Trust me, I'm a technician.
