i know that, but if i do a swap its going to be expensive, i rather get a v6 model of the solara with all its advantages not a swap...i use what i got and i got a 5sfe with a lot of low end torque, i need to increase power through the whole power band.. i need to beat some cars including those honda boys, i cant beat a d16 non vtech its not funny anymore its making me mad.

you should get that 1mz/3mz hybrid motor for the swap, the 5sfe is way too slow and weak of a base.

The 2AZ that is in my Solara right now doesn't even make sense, its a sub 200hp motor in a 3000lb+ car......

Maybe you should just sell your 4 cylinder Solara and get a more powerful car with the money.

I know it would be well worth the money but its not the only turbo Solara around, maybe in FL though haha.

The funny thing is that the turbo project is possible for me to do.

The swap maybe expensive, but it will be different.
I beat you could sell the 5SFE to someone that owns an MKII MR2, i know that they're usin' the 5SFE cause the bottom end of hte 5SFE is stronger than the 3SGTE, i think.

it was a 93 honda civic ex with a d16z6 with a 5speed, the problem was that his vtech wasnt working AND i still lost badly, theirs got to be more owners with 4cyl, nobody with a 4cyl never thought of ways upgrading their engines?
