Looking to buy a 1999-2001 Solara V6

Hey guys, I use to drive a 1992 Camry but ended up in a little fender bender and its not worth saving it next to how much its worth.

Im looking at a Solara V6 now and was wondering if there was anything I should look for and what a "decent" mileage should be on the car. Ive been checking Craigslist and they seem very high priced for the amount of miles on the cars for sale :/

Anyways thank in advance and I appreciate it!

Im located in Chicago,IL but Ive also been checking the Milwaukee and St. Louis and Minneapolis boards but it still seems like anything over $4000 is quite alot for these cars with over 160k miles on them. I mean Im an avid Toyota fan and know theyre great cars but without a proper service history, you really have no clue how theyve been taken car of.
