Problem only when it is being rolled DOWN, rolling up is silent.

Passenger window is fine.

your gonna have to pull the door apart but its not to hard i think there are only about five screws

Mine does that too when it turned cold.....
Haven't had time and the cold weather isn't helpin'..... :-?

You're gonna have to remove the door panel and tighten & clean the window bolts & guides.

Removing the door panel will be the most difficult part of it; specifically removing the doorhandle housing. Be careful and try not to break any clips.

maybe all you need to do is grease the window regulator...sometimes they dry up after few years.

Try and figure out where the sound is coming from.

Sometimes dirt can get into the channels on the sides. With the window down and clean all three channels with a brush and then spray a bit of silicone spray into the side channels to see if it makes a difference.

If that does not work the panel has to come off.
