failed inspection

stupid. So i took my car to get inspected after having a close call with a cop. They failed it for having a tear in my windshield wiper (which wipes fine) and whoever I bought the car from, when they sprayed the bumper, had some overspray on my license plate lights. wtf. So now i'm off to take some paint thinner to my license plate light and get some new blades, then get it re-inspected. sigh.

Ive never had any problems getting inspection and Ive brought in some cars that would normaly fail. (exhaust leak, no turns, open headers, ect..)

I guess its who ya know and how ya know'em.
