so. like. therse a dim battery light showing. dunno what to do. just bought new battery, still there. had the alternator checked. no problem there. how do i get rid of it. its scaring me =[

Your "BRAKE" light is on even brighter. Turn the car off and put it in the ACC position, take a picture, and show us the picture. You're alternator may be going or it can be a bulb in the cluster that's making it look like its on but it isn't. Hope you got your old battery tested before you bought a new. Lets hope its nothing.

look on your ignition. theres three spots it can be ACC, On, Start

oh. even when that is on acc. the battery light dont come on. it comes on with the car is on. ill try switching the bulb later. it might just be the bulb. lol

On my friends Rav taht light was on fro years before the altinator finaly failed, but one it was replaced the light went away. it wasn't on bright just a faint glow.

just curious if you ever got this fixed. We were talking about this im my electrical class today, and it can be caused by a bad diode in your alternator.

change the bulb? just take it out and replace it. haha. i dont like my high millleage showing :( i put too many in a year

and nope. i havent fixed it yet. its still there. got the alternator tested its good. brand new battery, brand new starter. dunno whats the problem =[
