i was tryna lower my bulbs and i guess i over twist it? is it broken ? =[ know anyhwere i can find cheap one

Have you tried turning it back? The screw will only lower the reflector so far until it becomes un-threaded.

youshould be able to take the headlight out and put the screw back in.

No, you have to put it in an oven to heat up the glue holding it together. Or if you're really talented with a flathead screwdriver you can pry it open as is.
