Front license plate holder 2000 Solara

I just moved to state that requires a front plate, but I do not want to drill into the bumper. Any front plate holders out there?

Then you'll have to make you own brakets that mount behind the bumper, or put it in window.

I took my front plate off months ago, and I live in a front plate required state. I have been all over the state of Ohio, and passed hundreds of state troopers.

No one has said a word to me. Though I guess my luck may run out eventually.

You have to out bid somebody to win it off eBay and might end up
paying more than you want.

Making it would be the best bet, or getting somebody to make it
for you.

I wonder why all the pictures of see of it shows it mounted off
