also the paint in 1 area of the bumper seems to be chipped a little

If they are only in the clear coat, then you can buff them out. If they are through the color coat as well, then you will have to touch them up using a touchup paint pen. Autozone sells them.

Toyota has touch up paint, just go up there and they will have this little bottle that will have a "pen" on one side, and a small brush on the other, you can then just paint over these scratches, i personally would also buy some clearcoat from them and put it over that after it dries. let me know how that ends up looking, as i got some pretty bad scratches on my 08 pathfinder the other day. I cant tell how deep yours are, but mine took out all the paint (down to the plastic, which the bumper is made of)

heres a closer look on the scratches

there seems to be a bit of a crack on the bumper paint

and a small part below it. the plastic is totally off

I would have it professionally done if your bumper is cracking, that problem is only gonna get worse as time goes on. but if you want a quick and cheap fix, touch up paint is the way to go
