99 Solara V6 auto --> engine locked up & will not tur

I got a 99 Toyota Solara V6 automatic. The engine will NOT turn over, well it did for a second and now it will not turn over anymore.

I tried turning it over manually and it will not turn over. I removed the starter, and the front 3 spark plugs and it will still not turn over. I even had the front end on jack stands and the car in neutral, and still will NOT turn over by hand or by turn the key.

The car wants to turn over, but something is stopping it from turning over.

The timing belt is still good.

Has anyone ever had this problem before or know what else would be prevent it from turning over?

I have a few more ideas, but want to hear some others opinions first.

Thanks.

Sound like a blown engine, thats what happened when I hydrolock my engine, try to turn the crank counter clock wise and clock wise and see if it turns.
Good luck with that.

I have no idea. I am working on it for someone and the no oil in the engine was my first thought. It's the only thing I can think of that would have siezed the engine up. I tried turning it manually clockwise and counter clockwise and it won't budge.
