P1135 CEL Issue

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've been here. I hope all is well.

Here's my story:

Some punks decided to mess with my car the other night. I walk outside and see my windshield wipers lifted up and my side mirrors are pushed out of place. That's all I noticed so I fixed it.

I find it coincidental that later that evening my check engine light came on. I didn't see any tampering with my gas tank or hood so who knows. But giving the benefit of the doubt I'll say that they didn't go that far to do anything else.

I just got back from AutoZone and the code pulled was P1135
Definition:
Air/Fuel sensor heater circuit response. (bank 1 sensor 1)
Probable Cause:
- Open or short circuit condition
- Poor electrical connection
- Failed oxygen sensor

I replaced my O2 sensor on 10/27/05 when I had 79,179 miles. I now have 134,584.
Here's what the invoice says from 2005:
Customer states check engine light on
Code P1135 faulty 02 sensor
02 sensor is seized in ex. manifold / replaced 02 sensor b1/s1
and manifold with gaskets

Total cost from the stealership $1,234.23.

As far as if it's a poor electrical connection - the only thing I can think of is I have a ground wire from my sub not grounded properly and I have crazy alternator/speaker whine. And my light by my thermostat is off but if I twist the control back and forth quickly it kicks on.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do? Does it sound like I just have to do the same thing?

Thanks in advance!
-Anthony
