Stock keyless entry box location

Stock keyless entry box location

I have been searching for days and haven't come up with a definite answer. I read that if i have the security light next to the tach and on the dashboard close to the passenger windshield, that I have stock keyless entry. I used the programming method and the car didn't go into programming mode. Where is the location of the keyless entry box? I want to see if the previous owner tore it out. The security light on the dash doesn't blink, but the one by the tach does.

NP :) a word to the wise: be careful when removing the glove box, its a real PITA and easy to break.
