Buzing sound from top consol on bumps

every time i go on a bump or on an cracked road (and we have a lot of those) the top consol makes a buzzing sounds. Im talking about the thing where the reading light is located and the garage buttons.
If I apply some slight pressure on it (upwards) before i go on a bump, the sound does not appear.
I tried removing the light cover and the garage buttons door but the sound still appears.
The sound is exactly as if there is mini screw that vibrates everytime i hit a bump on high speed.
Any ideas? its realy annoying
