CEL p0174

so off and on for the past several months I have had this CEL show up and go away on it's own after a day or two. I have yet to find a definitive answer but just wanted to get some input. I have changed the fuel filter, replaced the gas cap, had the EGR cleaned, cleaned the MAF, changed the entire charcoal cannister and VSVs on it (due to another evap CEL), cleaned the throttle body and run injector/fuel cleaners. Yesterday I finally decided to seafoam through the brake booster vac. line and noticed smoke coming out of my exhaust manifold in the front. Since the code is for bank 2 (the front) and this code usually means that there is too much air somewhere, causing the car to run lean I was wondering if anyone else thinks that this leak is the cause? And if so, why would my stock exhaust leak from what seemed somewhere along the "pipe"/manifold area and not up against the engine? I have read of other people having this issue with our cars after seafoaming but no one has answered why this leak exists. I also have never changed the front O2 sensor, but also have never pulled a CEL that indicates sensor malfunction.

any input is greatly appreciated

PS i also went ahead and unplugged the battery to reset everything after this cleaning and will see if the CEL comes back and keep everyone updated.

Maybe that will get you somewhere until someone that actually knows gets back to you.
