Parking Lights and Fog Lights Combination?(SOLVED)

I am not sure if this is normal, but my fogs wont come on until I turn on my headlights. On most cars you can turn them on with your parking lights. Is this normal? Can I override this feature so I can use my fogs with my parking lights?

SOLVED - Just look at my picture - Go to gen 1 tutorials for instructions...

nope. i'm pretty sure this has been discussed before. however, someone was able to wire a "work-around".

i'll go dig for the thread...

That's a pretty good tutorial but the fuses on my car are in different places than that celica so it's kinda hard to do it with that. Is there a tutorial for a gen 1 or 1.5 solara? It just seems like it would be much easier...
