Engine MOUNT replacement on Solara V6

My local mechanic pointed out that my engine mounts are bad (both front and back). He demonstrated to me by shifting the car in gear and tab on the gas (the engine tilted forward when he did this)

What is the general cost to have both of these items replaced? and how long can i leave my car at this state? Will this damage other components around the engine if i wait?

I want to drive another 5k before bringing to the shop.

if theyre really bad it could be dangerous... especially if you get in an accident.
i would also think it could cause stress on other engine components.
