HELP PLEASE!

This is by far the most serious problem i have encountered with the solara... My headlights and alarm + locking and unlocking had stopped working. I can't get my headlights to turn on. However, highbeam works but will not stay on. I can't lock or unlock the car. I haven't found out what else is wrong. It is possible to blow a relay or something? I've checked my fuses, and the "dome" fuse blown. I replaced the "dome" fuse with the "TURN" fuse (which only controls my emergency flasher") which is the same 7.5A fuse. It still doesn't help.

Does anyone understand me? Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry, I don't know, but that sounds like a major electrical problem. I hope it's something simple, though.
