im looking for aftermarket rims. something chrome or silver preferably about $700 or less. they need to fit the stock 205/60/16 tires. I usually dont like like standard plain spokes, but if you guys could help me I would appreciate it.

That's just pointless. lol.
You could just get 205/55/16 tires and it would look alittle more sporty.
Why get some more 16's unless you're goin' to autocross.
I would say get 17's maybe 18's.
You could get some Gen 2 Solara 5 spoke rims and some 5mm rear spacers and you'll be all set.

I think he's asking this because he already has the tires in his poession? just a hunch

But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.

please don't!!!!!

go buy some OEM Lexus IS300 or even better OEM Gen 2 rims. both are 17" but i'm sure you can find used ones with tires for 700 and under.

I dont think your going to find many 16" rims out there that will look better than your stock wheels. But check out tirerack.com.

if you guys could find me used rims with tires for $700 in ottawa, ontario Canada then I wouldnt get 16'. YES the reason i wanted 16's was because I have two more sets of 16's tires.. 1 winter set and 1 summer. I would like to use my current rims with the winter tires.

I know you wanna save the money in all but those tires are gonna wear down so might as well invest in a nice rim and go up a size but its up to you and how you wanna spend it, I had the same prob. When I got the car at first the tires were soo bad they were on ware bar! :S. It was the end of the season so it didn't make sense to go and buy new tires and rims for two months and I also had some free 17" tires for free. I ended up getting a decent all season which I will run through winter then come spring get my set of 18" with rubber :D makes more sense that way :) hope this helps :)
