Ive been getting a lot of comments about the fact that I shouldn't even mod this car (performance wise) b/c of the auto trans. Any takes on this? I was planning to do stuff like CAI, Catback exhaust...etc. Not to mention it has high miles, 140k

140k?? mine has 130 k. it's just been broken in.
and so what for auto and crap? catback? that has nothing to do with auto.. you can stil have intake and/or catback regardless if it's auto or 5speed. even turbo.
its not about what tranny you got or whatever, it's about $$ and lots of dedication.
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.
