Skweaking when pressing the clutch

Skweaking when pressing the clutch

Postby mazen222 » Sat Sep 15, 2007 2:26 pm

When i park next to a wall with my window open and press the cluch pedal, i hear a sweaking sound, like an old swinging wooden chair. The noise is comming from outside of the car, not the inside.

I think something related to clutch needs to be greased... what could it be?

Thanks!

hmmm....there isn't much that can squeek....maybe the slave cylinder....the master shouldn't be able to squeek considering it's design....

have someone take a listen under your hood when you're pressing the clutch
