My friend is looking for a solara and found a 2001 Solara SE 4 cyl. 5 speed with 58,000 miles on it for $7,500. it has clean title and everything so should I tell him to get that car? do you think its worth it for that price? let me know what you think. thanks...

Yeah. I think you meant 7500. That is a steal 58k is nothing for a Toyota. Mine is a 99' w/ 140k still runnin strong. 8) I say take it.

I'd say jump on it. You won't find a better deal. Like I said earlier 58K is practically new, nothing for a Toyota. 8)

Depends what he wants from it. If he wants a dependable good looking car, go for it. I heard that year engine is a dog, but with the 5 speed it might not be too bad.

AND LOOKS GOOD... :lol: at least TRD looks. 8) .yeah its not a 6cyl but and im hitting 100MPH all the time.. no problems. :P and the body kit is next.. :P ..it was worh it ..its only money..to spoil your ride. :drinking: :drinking: :drinking: plus economicaly good on the wallet.

Yea if he wants a nice, enjoyable, comfortable, dependable ride tell him to get it.

And Latin it dont matter you have a 4 banger, your ride is hot. Clean as hell and i love those tinted tails! You know where your gettin the kit painted?

5sfe...IMO best 'reliable' engine toyota ever made. Easily 200K miles on first motor is very possible
