60k service on v6 5spd, some questions on handbrake, fluid

Hey guys, I'm comin up on my 60k service and I had some questions. I just purchased a set of Denso IK20 plugs and I'm going to put them in soon, so that's taken care of. My questions are:

1) Do MT cars have transmission fluid, or only fluid in the differential?

2) Is it easy to tighten my handbrake, or do I need to pay someone to do it? If so, how much can i expect to pay, the dealership wanted 45.

3) Do I need to change/flush the brake and power steering fluid? If my brake pedal feels softer (as in I have to press it further), should filling more fluid fix this?

4) My idle is a bit low at times, around 600 instead of 700-800. It doesn't waver, it just sits at around 600, and causes some vibrations in the car. Can I do anything to adjust this up a tad

5) Do I need to get my fuel injectors cleaned or fuel system flushed? How much should I pay for this?

1) Not technically its own fluid; usually the MT uses brake fluid in most cars.

2) It's not that hard, just park on a level surface, remove the center console and there should be 2 bolts (1 on top of each other; just loosen up the top one, tighten the bottom one and then tighten the top bolt over the bottom.

3) Brakes = when the brake fluid is a mildly dark brown to black; if you have ABS, it's highly recommended to have them pump it out since the residual fluid would make the rest of the fluid blacken in less than 3,000 miles. Power steering = I'm not too sure; free bump.

4) Not sure of this either (I DO know how to in a carburetor car but not new); free bump.

5) Unless there's a better method required (such as big time carbon build up), usually the fuel injector cleaner that you buy from auto parts stores followed by a month minimum of Chevron (however I almost always use Chevron) should suffice.

I'm not sure if i made it clear, but by tighten handbrake i meant that i have to pull it up almost all the way before it holds the car on a slope. it used to only have to go up halfway. will what you said solve that, or do i need to tighten some cable?

Yeah, that's the one; the end of the bolt IS connected directly to the handbrake cables; I used to have the same issue, and I tuned it even tighter than it's supposed to be since I LIVE on a slope now.
