just wondering what i should do. i was trying to change my fuel filter but ended up stripping it. any suggestions on how to get it off or if there is another part on the line when i can take it off...

Strap wrench

this happened to me with an oil filter

a strap wrench when used correctly will tighten around what ever it is holding, so it wont slip

go out and get your self one from sears or a hardwear store, make sure it is a cloth one, some come with chain, that would be a bad idea for this application!
