White smoke is most likely antifreeze. Usually indication that head gasket is blown. Is power less? Do compression test.

we tested out and there was no compression loss. It seems that the white smoke only occurs in the morning for a short second. What does this mean?

carbon build-up, pretty normal for a car with more mileage

seafoam can help clear it up

I had that white smoke for a brief moment before.
I'm at 129k.
im planning to seafoam the car soemtime before the fall hits.
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.

SeaFoam is a special treatment that you get from AutoZone that dissolves gunk from the engine; usually sold in an old-fashioned tin cylinder to pour down the gas tank, oil crankcase and brake booster (not sure); I did the first 2 and I felt my car having a lot more oomph.

If it only happens for 2 minutes in the morning, it might only be water from overnight condensation; past 2 mornings have been a bit cold, but then again waking up to a wet car might be intensified by the fact that I live in the hills.
