i'm about to go in for timing belt service (plus others: water pump, tensioners, etc...anything else needed?) and just wanted to find out what others have paid in Canada...i'm in the GTA but responses from any Canucks would be appreciated...

i paid around 450-500 for everything(water pump, tensioners,6 spark plug) install+parts included. all the parts order from pickering toyota dealership and install it in somewhere else...

I got quoted $750 direct from a Toyota dealership out here in BC. That was for all the parts and labor to do timing belt, water pump, and I believe they said something about a crank seal, but it was a while ago. I've heard of others paying similar for stealership service. I haven't done mine yet (still in the low 100'000s of KM's) be interesting to hear what you get it done for, perhaps a little more bargaining power with whatever mechanic I get to do it. (Won't be taking it to Toyota for $750)

yeah, don't go to the dealership....they'll charge a half hour labor per seal as well (it can be popped out in about am minute, and maybe in 5 if it's a trickier one)
