ok, did my best at testing the damn thing and couldn't find any dead spots, what else can it be?
I'm planing on cleaning the throttle body soon as it warms up a little
is anyone thinking that might be the injectors? maybe they need a cleaning? what about those additives for cleaning the injectors, any good?

I want to find the problem first and then start replacing parts, not the other way

Test your EGR sensor. It may need to be replaced. After experiencing surging in cruise, I tested it with a multimeter and the voltage was just out of spec. I unplugged the wire harness, got a CEL, yet the car did not surge anymore! I cleared the code and replaced the sensor - cheap and very easy.

if the EGR sensor or valve wasn't working then the CEL would be ON, right?
I didn't think that EGR would cause my problem, but I'll check it anyways, thanx

No! It could be malfunctioning (mine was only a few tenths of a volt off) and NOT throw a code, but still be causing the EGR valve to open and close erratically. Quick way to check it, like I said, is to unplug the sensor and drive around to see if the problem is still there.

Did disconnect the sensor - same thing
tried and disconnected the vacuum line from the EGR to keep the EGR shut - same thing, I mean no difference :|
