yikes, i've been in an altima before and that thing is a freakin rocket, thats pretty cool that a camry SE goes 0-60 in 5.9. In fact one is parked right by my lara right now. Its a sexy car, and I just noticed that the body of an SE is different than the other late gen camrys. Respect to the camry then dayum.. so with some mods it could out run an 07 GTO, nice!

With the crappy tranny in the Gen 2, mine takes about 45 seconds. :(

ahhh...I suppose the SE has less weight.

and gearing is always a plus for sure- I guess that 6th gear was really for 0=60 acceleration, since the VQ with the manual has less parasitic drain than the camry's auto
