Partially debadged my 'lara

Postby DrLove » Mon Oct 22, 2007 2:39 pm

I debadged my car 2 weeks ago, all exept the SE V6. Last week I bought a brand new "Solara" and the "cowboy" emblems, boths chrome. I still don't have the "toyota" emblem and it,s nice this way. It looks much better with clean chrome emblems. The emblems on my car are all peeling and so ugly. Now I will need to by the SE V6 on the side, I want them chrome and not "gold" like before. The golg emblems looks kinda old.

I hope that I can get the SE V6 chrome..does some of you havethis emblem chrome color??

Maybe the "gold" was just an option...

I took off the Toyota emblem on the left side of the trunk too and my front toyota Emblem! Thanks Renova! I wouldnt say that taking the v6 badge off makes a Solara stealthy. Nobody really pays attention to solaras except us or old women. Its not fast at all simply put so its not going to surprise many car people out there. Dont get me wrong either I love the solara but Im just being honest, its just a heavy two door family car.

I actually left the v6 badges on just because back when I had my v6 camaro I wouldnt mess with accords or camrys I saw with v6 logos because I knew I would get beat lol. So I guess I go for the opposite approach.

I wouldn't doubt its more fun to drive! I guess I just don't see the point of having a really fast FWD car.

I agree, I have all the badges removed on my car and I love the fact that it looks like an I4. Sleepers are awesome.
