make sure:
    the wiring in the door/fender didn't get pinched.
    The bolts to the window operation didnt come loose or break.
    The window control motors and relays aren't loose or damaged
    The speaker brackets didn't break (cheapo plastic iirc)
    The inner door liner isn't cut (keeps out air leaks, etc....)


all I can think of off the top of my head.
