Smaller SC Pulley and known issues . . .

Have you ever read up on Toulene and the detrimental effects it has to an engine? Probably not. Don't recommend it if you haven't used it yourself.

Hey i remember reading that post on sc3 forum too, but i don't think that it was Steve that suggested using toulene, i think it was Rod maybe.

Anways, i also had a question, i live in maryland and here most gas stations carry 93 octane gas and that's what i've been using up til recently, now i go to the sunoco station and fill up with 94 octane, is there really a big difference in performance by using 94? I'm supercharged with stock pulley and am planning on upgrading to a 5.5 or 6 lb pulley in the future, i know that with the upgraded pulley it is probably added security to run the 94, but with the current stock pulley does the extra octane really help? From what i've experienced, i may get better mileage, but that might just be the way i've been driving lately.

i dont know about a big difference between 93 and 94 (i doubt there is)
but from my experience sunoco's ultra 94 is the best!
you really feel the difference (seems like the engines smoother), its all i use

I have a friend with a camaro Z28 who is running 400+HP and he swears by sunoco 94 octane. As gas prices are coming down, i might switch to 94 octane because i've almost gotten used to the elevated price
