Thats what button I want to know. Read on page one someone said something about a button to go from valet mode to regular mode.

if this button under the dash is indeed for the factory alarm, can someone please post pics or a more detailed description of where it is located. I have a '99 SLE, and my alarm has never beeped when I arm it/use the keyless entry.

mine is back to beeping regularly but i dunno wut made it come back to doing it.

still dunno about the button too. i think it's for aftermarket alarms. |

as for the panic button, i meant a button specifically for it labeled as panic as some of the newer transponders do. im aware that holding down the button serves as the same funcion :lol:
