It's located at the end of a 6" harness inside the inner pass side fenderwell next to the washer reservoir(sp), Mine was dangling there and I just tywrapped it to the bottle since I couldn't find what it 's supposed to be clipped to.

Tried to attach a pic but can't figure it out

well either way this is good info to have on this website, i tried searching and this info was previously unavailable. so now if someone searches for "keyless entry beep" they will be able to locate it.
