HELP..Lowbeam not working!

i have a 99 solara...my right side low beam is not working..i swap the bulbs from left to right and still not working on the right side...high beam works fine..i check the fuses and looks good..what could be wrong!?

Any corrosion on the plug? Grab a multimeter and be sure you're getting power there, then trace it back
