How to remove seat tracks from manual seat?

Does the shop manual say how to remove the external seat track from the seat frame on the manual passenger seat?

I need to weld on it, and would like to remove it to accomplish that.

The power seat's external seat tracks just unbolted, but the manual seat is different.

Any emails of shop manual instructions, or any practical experience appreciated.
