I was wondering if you guys ever had seen those universal radiator hoses my top one like ripped i dont know how but im doing a radiator flush and changing the hose but i was wondering if i get that metal one would it be ricey looking. The only reason why im considering this is because ive notice that my radiator hose in the past seems to bend up and stuff.

You wouldn't want a metal radiator hose. The hose has to be able to bend and twist along with the engine; metal does not have these properties...

And yes it would look ricey, unless you had everything else in your engine chromed out.

You probably could use a metal hose designed for hot rods. There are rubber hose sections at each end of the metal tubing. That is why you can use it on an engine which vibrates and moves around a bit. I think it would look kinda ricey, but it sounds like you want it more for functionality than looks. If you are having problems with your rubber-style hose, I'm not sure why. Is it the exact part number for your car? Was it installed correctly (pushed all the way on the water neck and radiator)?

I say go with the factory stuff. :drinking:

That's the stuff! There is rubber under those end caps, btw.
