When im driving i can hear a litle skweaking noise... im wondering if this is urgent and hsould be looked at very soon. (veyr busy)

the noise come from the front driver side and can only be heard when im driving. it lasts less than a second and reppeats on each tire rotation (becomes faster as i drive faster). When my wheels are straight i almost never hear it, but as soon as i turn the steering a bit to the right the noise appears.

is it something i shuld check asap? i have just replaced my tires but the noise is still there... maybe from the brakes?..

My guess would be a wheel bearing.
