when i turn on my car in the moring the rpms are below 800 and but when the car is warm the rpms stay at 1000rpm is this normal....O yea when i turn on my a/c it drops below 1000 to aint suppose to saty at 1000rpms

1k rpm is too high at normal operating temp.

i had a similar problem once....then i ran my battery down because i left my dome light on! i took the battery in and charged it and reinstalled and my rpm's are perfect now! 1200 at start and about 750 after warmed up! you may want to try to discounted the battery terminals for 15-20 minutes and see if it will reset itself!
