look at the sticker on the inside of the door and it should tell you the color
this is what it should look like

Image

On Passenger Cars, the I.D. Label is located on the inside of the drivers door. On Trucks, Vans, and Land Cruisers, the Label is located on the lower part of the driver's door pillar. Look for a 3 digit number or number letter combo. i.e.: 040

heres a page where you can check for touch up paint
http://www.brandsport.com/totouppa.html

and yes it should have the metal flakes in it.
