Anybody know if this has come on for regular maintanance or should I take it to the dealer and have them plug it in?

plug what in? if the CEL is on go to autozone for a free diagnostic

Does the Auto zone scaner work on the ABS and Air bag warning lights too?

the diagnosis tool dont fix abs and air bag.
