reading po420 freeze frame data

I have a 99 Solara with 272k on it. Last year I replaced O2 sensors and had a new cat put in. 10k miles later I have the PO420 error back again. The freeze frame data reads as follows:

DTC that caused PO420
Fuel System 1 stat Closed Loop
Fuel System 2 stat Closed Loop
Calculated Load Value 29.8%
Coolant Temp 181 F
Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 1 .8%
Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 3 9.4
Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 1 .8%
Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 3 10.2
Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2 .8%
Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 4 10.9
Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2 -.8%
Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 4 10.2
Engine RPM 1505
Vehicle Speed Sensor 40 MPH
Intake Air Temp 80.6 F

The cat was replaced with a After Market Cat I'm hoping it's not the problem. The car runs fine just the CEL is on. If I reset it it comes back on the next time I drive it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

that code is the bane of my existence. Sounds like the aftermarket cat doesn't please the computer. 272k wow...talk about getting your monies worth. I hope mine can make it to 200 with no major problems...155k now...seems like a baby compared to yours....A true testament to toyotas superior craftsmanship...

I'm at 210k miles, I've replaced all 3 o2 sensors. Did you replace all of yours?

Do you have any exhaust leaks?

Ever have an issue with coolant temp sensor?

I dunno why Toyotas are picky about cats, but this thread is similar to yours: http://www.obd-codes.com/forums/viewtop ... f=1&t=6829

And another thread about cleaning the MAF
