downstread o2 sensor change/upstream issue (1mzfe)

I can't seem to change the downstream o2 sensor on my 00 v6 solara. Its attached to some rubber grommet and theres not enough room to fit a torque wrench in there. How do I remove it? Do I need to remove the drivers seat and remove the sensor from above? Also, I purchased a sensor online, 1a-eos-01016 is the model number, and the plastic plug does not fit and snap in. I can't find the brand name for this sensor either. Can anyone shead some light on this part? Maybe like the brand, if I should alter it to fit or if its a bulls--t part? Thanks for any help.

get Denso OE (same one as our OEM, Denso is the supplier to Toyota, just no Toyota logo), for rears that would be Denso 234-4137
look them up cheap on ebay or amazon, usually no more than $67 and shipped free all over US.
