Changed all the fluids? I always wonder what that means. Transmission? Windshield Wiper Fluid?

If the timing belt is original I would stop everything and get it replaced. So many issues could be traced back to the belt. The timing belt is such a fundamental part it often gets overlooked it is a belt and not a chain. It is not going to be cheap I suspect it could be 600 to 800. At the same time it will be suggested you replace the water pump (your choice).

When the rad fluid is replaced it should be RED. And red rad fluid is typically Toyota OEM.
