Need Help Again, This Time with Headlight..

Hey there Solara lovers, like myself!

Thanks for the help in the previous post. Luckily, a friend of mine with the same car had accidentally ordered an extra mirror for his own car, a while back and so he had a mirror to spare! I've got to say, though, I have the worst luck when it comes to the health of my Solara.

I treat it with love and respect, but something always has to go wrong with it. Recently, I noticed that my driver side headlight of my 99 solara is looking more and more opaque with each passing day, and this alarms me! Is there a way to solve this issue without having to buy a whole new assembly?? If buying a replacement is the only option, then do you suggest I buy online? I'm an amateur shopper, unable to recognize a scam from a legitimate sale.. so I may need some help deciding who to go with as far as the vendor. .

Has anyone ever dealt with either of these companies?? Are they legitimate ? I found them to have the lowest price, but I just don't know what to do! Help!

well if you feel you must replace the headlamp, i would suggest checking ebay.
but if your headlight is getting hazy or yellowed, and is not cracked or scratched deeply, and you just want it to look clear again, then you should go to advance auto or autozone and buy a headlight restoration kit. its much cheaper than buying a new headlight, and i used the kit made by "3M" on two different vehicles including my solara and i was very impressed with results.
i should tell you, you have to have a drill to use the kit that i used. the kit comes with an adapter that will fit any drill and is used to sand and polish the headlight.
