I had already seen the weights you posted, but like I mentioned, I did not know what was included in the weight, which is why I weighed it myself.

I'm always interested in weights of pieces, so I would appreciate any other weights you have.

I know this is an old thread, but wanted to add it for posterity's sake. I weighed the E153 transmission now and it was 117 pounds making the 1mzfe weigh almost exactly 400 lbs. I also weighed the stock clutch/pressure plate (13.5 pounds) and the flywheel (17 pounds).
