Car cranks no start..help?

Hey guys, i have a 99' solara sle v6. After changing my spark plugs and putting it all back together last night it cranks but wont start. Ive checked my maf,all the plug wires are connected correctly, i dont know what else to check. One odd thing the cel doesnt come on when the key is turned on and the blinking security light does not flash when the key is out but does when the key is turned to the on position. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. thx.

Have you checked all of you fuses, both in the engine compartment and those under the dash?

Yeah i just checked all the of them related to the computer and all of them where good. I also checked to see if anything else on the car wasnt working and everything works fine. Is there anyway i can check if the computer is getting power?

Thanks Java for the suggestion i went back over it and found the ecu b fuse was blown. Apparently the cause of the blown fuse was my bad 02 wiring extention job shorted.
